| The Annual AAGE Graduate Recruitment & Development Conference

Grow your graduates; grow yourself
Right now employers need to invest in those who will eventually lead them out of this economic wilderness. Providing an atmosphere where graduates can thrive is an integral part of this process. At this year's annual conference we will show delegates how playing their part in the future growth of graduates will be rewarded with loyalty and long-term company success.

About AAGE Conferences
The AAGE hosts an annual Conference, bringing together employers from around the nation to learn, develop and network together in an energetic and stimulating environment.
AAGE Conferences allow delegates to focus on broader issues impacting on the industry, to have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, discover the latest trends and to discuss solutions and methods in which to handle industry challenges. The Conference format encourages the open sharing of knowledge and experience, which serves to elevate the graduate recruitment industry as an increasingly important, strategic part of a business. The annual black tie Gala Dinner incorporates the annual AAGE Graduate Recruitment Industry Awards (AGRIAs) presentation, aimed to reward and recognise excellence in the graduate recruitment industry.
Who Attends?
Traditionally AAGE Conferences attract graduate employers, graduate development managers, recruitment professionals and service providers whose businesses are connected to the graduate recruitment industry. AAGE Conferences are also generally well supported by
the university sector including
members of the National Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (NAGCAS)
and the Australian Collaborative Education Network (ACEN). We also usually have a number of international delegates including members of the
International Network of Graduate Recruitment and Development Associations
(INGRADA).
Over 200 organisations sent over 360 delegates to the 2008 AAGE Conference (a list may be downloaded here).
