The 2024 Graduate Survey is based on research conducted by the AAGE with 4,068 responses across 201 organisations from the 2023 intake of graduates, i.e. graduates who have been working for an organisation for around 12 months.

The AAGE Graduate Survey Insights Report aims to understand graduates’ perceptions and experiences of their first year of employment by having participants rate their employer across a range of criteria including access to learning and development, quality of work and assessment of program features.

The report also includes comparisons to the results from the Top 15 employers, made up of the top five employers from the three program sizes of small (intake less than 20), medium (intake of 21-70) or large (intake of 71 or more). The Top 25 employers in each category with the highest overall average ratings are listed on the Top Graduate Employers website. We believe these insights will help employers to evaluate their organisation and gain a better understanding of industry best practices.
