EXPERIENCE

She has worked across various industries including financial services, construction and media in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. Her career in Graduate Recruitment & Development started over 10 years ago when she joined BNP Paribas, becoming Global Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development and Territorial Head of Training - US & Asia for the groups investment banking division, more recently she worked with Royal Bank of Scotland, Global Markets in London. 

In 2000 she set up a consulting business were she has worked with several blue chip organisations designing and developing programmes at a national and global level focused on developing the overall talent strategy and reviewing key areas such as team structures and core activities of graduate programmes: Marketing & Attraction; Selection & Assessment; Training & Development. Projects involved developing online applicant tracking systems, reviewing assessment tools for selection and the development of intensive training programmes. 

During her career she has been involved in three large mergers both in and outside the graduate space and has worked with several organisations to deliver change, using coaching to assist in driving change forward and helping organisations achieve their goals. 

She has a unique understanding and a wealth of knowledge of the graduate market place, which has enabled clients to develop and achieve their graduate focused goals.

She is able to achieve results through clear communication and influencing skills, partnering with the business and adding value through creative thinking while enabling the business to take ownership of the process through the transfer of knowledge. 

QUALIFICATIONS

This candidate holds a MSc in Education, Training & Development and recently commenced an MA in Coaching & Mentoring.
