In keeping with current COVID-19 contract tracing requirements, ALL exhibitors planning on being present at the Adelaide Big Meet MUST pre-register their personal details with us.

We would ask that you please fill in your details, after which you will receive a confirmation email from us with a personalised QR code.

This QR code must be presented for scanning at the EXHIBITOR CHECK IN desk upon arrival at the Adelaide Big Meet.

If you arrive and have not pre-registered your personal details as an exhibitor you will be asked to register via the link online and then present your QR code.
