Event Overview

StudyPerth invites AAGE members to join our International Students Pitch Night the final showcase of our eight-week Career Mentoring Program. This program supports international students nearing graduation by building job-readiness, confidence, and stronger understanding of Western Australia’s workforce needs.

Throughout the program, students engage in structured mentoring, skills development, and employer-led insights. At the Pitch Night, participants present a short pitch highlighting their strengths, values, and career aspirations.

What Employers Will Do on the Night

Employers and industry professionals are invited to:

• Provide real-time feedback on student communication, presentation and networking skills
• Connect with emerging talent across Business, IT, Engineering and Communications
• Support Western Australia’s future workforce in a meaningful, practical way
• Engage with other early-careers professionals in the sector

From our first cohort, 32% of students secured employment during the program, demonstrating the strong outcomes that come from employer involvement.
